Why did we start Foundations First?
Foundations First began with a simple aim: Lahore parents should not have to run between clinics for assessment, autism care, speech therapy and behaviour support. We built a multidisciplinary institute on College Road, Johar Town where one team listens, assesses carefully and stays with your family step by step.
Worry often shows up as late talking, meltdowns, school calls or a gut feeling that something is off. We explain what we see in plain language and agree a plan you can follow at home.
What is our approach?
We combine evidence-based methods with warmth and respect for your culture and values. Assessment uses play and observation, not scary tests. Therapy goals are written clearly and reviewed often. Parents are part of the team, not left in the waiting room wondering what happened inside.
